DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data and the purpose of processing vary depending on the case:

  • Contact forms:The Controller requests the following personal data: Name and surname and email address to respond to your inquiries.
  • Content subscription forms:The Controller requests the following personal data: Email address, for the purpose of sending the subscribed content.
  • Professional relationship:Personal data necessary for each case are requested for the provision of the service and its subsequent billing: Name, surname, tax ID number, position, customer data, supplier data, etc. It is assumed that the Client has the appropriate legal grounds for transferring such data.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for the forms is the consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time.

The legal basis for the data necessary for the professional service is the execution of a contract between both parties.

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data collected will be retained exclusively for the minimum period necessary for the intended purpose, except in cases of legal requirements or obligations.

  • Contact forms:Data will be deleted after responding to the inquiry unless there is a reason for retention (e.g., the start of a business relationship).
  • Content subscription forms:Data will be deleted when the client withdraws their consent or (if applicable) when the service ends.
  • Data for service provision:Data will be deleted when the service ends, except for those necessary for professional follow-up or to fulfill legal responsibilities.
