My story
I am José Ignacio Atance, founder and CEO of Acudata S.L.
I have 30 years of professional experience in various companies, both in multinational environments and in small companies. I have been a corporate lawyer, I have managed projects in three continents and I have participated in the foundation and go live of three start-ups.
During the last five years I have participated in all kinds of projects related to data protection, and specifically in the implementation of the RGDP and LOPDGDD in multinational environments.
I am certified as Data Protection Delegate nº ES2012558 by the Spanish Agency of Quality according to the scheme 1.4 of the AEPD.
All this legal, business and specific data protection experience is at your disposal to ensure effective compliance with the regulations.

Training
Co-responsible for the implementation of GDPR in a multinational company falling under the special case regulated by art. 37 of the GDPR for carrying out mass processing and profiling of customers.
Implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 in several companies.
Responsible for the implementation and management of data protection in a multinational technology company and in a start-up subsidiary dedicated to prescriptive analytics through machine learning.
