My story
I am José Ignacio Atance, founder and head of Acudata S.L.
I have almost 30 years of professional experience in various companies, both in multinational environments and in small businesses. I have been a corporate lawyer, I have managed projects in three continents and I have participated in the foundation and start-up of two start-ups.
During the last five years I have participated in all kinds of projects related to data protection, and specifically in the implementation of the RGDP and LOPDGDD in multinational environments.
I am certified as Data Protection Delegate nº ES2012558 by the Spanish Agency of Quality according to the scheme 1.4 of the AEPD.
All this legal, business and specific data protection experience is at your disposal to ensure effective compliance with the regulations.
